Rebel Wellness offers two classes on 9/13 - "Mayhem" from 8:30-9:15am and yoga from 9:30-10:30am.

We recommend coming immediately after getting a workout in to maximize the beneficial effects of a cold plunge recovery session. Layer in a massage from our friends at Way Wellness Center and a drink of choice from Bantha Tea Bar for the ultimate recovery experience / weekend kickoff!
